The Strategic Growth and Operational Excellence Program is a 12-month advisory program for established businesses with a leadership team.
The program helps business owners and senior leaders develop a clear strategic direction, create alignment across the leadership group and establish the operating rhythm required to execute the strategy consistently.
It begins with an intensive full-day strategy session involving the business owner and leadership team. Together, the group defines the strategic pillars of the business, agrees on the most important priorities and identifies the measures, actions and responsibilities required to achieve them.
The leadership team then meets with Tim for 90 minutes each month to review execution, address barriers and maintain focus on the agreed strategic priorities.
Over time, this creates a stronger strategic cadence within the business. Leaders develop a better understanding of strategy, take greater ownership of execution and become more capable of solving the challenges that can restrict performance and growth.
